Who we are

What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, mainly through the "Get a Quote" enquiry form. This can include:

How we use your data
We use the information you submit to:

How we process your enquiry
Our quote form is processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. Formspree processes this data on our behalf as part of delivering your enquiry to us — see Formspree's own privacy policy for details of how they handle data in transit.
This website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. As with most websites using externally hosted fonts, this means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads, which can include your IP address.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on your consent (given when you tick the consent box and submit the enquiry form) and, where you go on to place an order with us, to take steps to enter into and perform a contract with you.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, fulfil any order, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request a copy of it
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data, where there's no legal reason for us to keep it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only external requests made by the site are for loading web fonts (Google Fonts) and, on the "Get a Quote" page, an embedded Google Map and the form submission service described above.
