About us

This website is for enquiries, not online checkout
This website lets you browse our products and request a quote — it does not process payments or take orders directly online. Any order is confirmed separately, by phone or email, once we've discussed your requirements, pricing and delivery with you.
Our products
We currently supply two product ranges:
- Wooden Pallets — Medium (1.7m × 1m) and Large (2.2m × 1m), accurately cut and heat-treated
- Wooden Planks — sawn wooden planks, 1.5cm thick × 7.5cm wide, in 1.7m and 2.2m lengths
We try to keep product information and specifications on this site accurate and up to date, but availability and exact specification are always confirmed at the time you request a quote. As our wooden pallets are built to order, please note it may take a couple of days for your order to be completed before it's ready for collection or delivery.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are not published on this website. Quotes provided in response to an enquiry are estimates based on the information you give us, and are confirmed (including final pricing) once we've discussed your order directly. Quotes are valid for a reasonable period stated at the time, after which prices may change. Where relevant, we'll also confirm an estimated build lead time as part of your quote.
Delivery
We offer nationwide UK delivery, with next-day delivery across Leicester & Leicestershire using our own fleet on stocked lines. As pallets are built to order rather than shipped from ready stock, please allow a couple of working days for your order to be completed before collection or delivery can take place. Delivery timescales given at quote or order stage are estimates and not guaranteed, and can be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, vehicle availability, access restrictions at the delivery address).

The content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images and our logo — belongs to Field's Timber Supplies unless otherwise stated, and is provided for general information about our business and products. You may not copy or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our permission.
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely up to date, and we may update or take down parts of the site at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Field's Timber Supplies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability we cannot exclude by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
